He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bartlett and Marion I. Bartlett (Johnson); and his siblings, Effie Chamberlin, Eleanor Lowe, Rexford Bartlett and Kenneth Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bartlett (Mundell); his children, Melissa Bartlett, Ray Fletcher of East Dover, Carl Bartlett, Brenda Pike of East Dover, Traci Bartlett and Jesse Corbeil of East Dover; his grandchildren, Mariah Powers, Grace Powers, Justin Powers, Cassandra Fletcher, Ericka Fletcher, Taylor Bartlett, Tyler Veraguth, Teagan Veraguth and Addison Corbeil; and his siblings, Sheila Lowe, Reg Lowe of Jamaica, Warren Bartlett of East Dover, Steven and Edna Bartlett of East Dover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
