He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas; and his sister Helen Hawes. He is survived by: his wife Monique Bailey; his cousin Donnie Faron (Erma); his children, Tom (Gail), Margery Hammond and Joe (Kim); his grandchildren, Frank (Wendy) and Nancy (Mike Baskerville); his great grandchildren, Michael Souliere (Leslie) and Lise Lussier (David); and his caregiver Mary Lasko.
