He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Stuart and Helen Stuart of Malden Massachusetts; his brother John; his wife Brenda Stuart of Derby, VT.; his stepchildren, Nathan Prue (MaDonna) of Lowell, VT, Tracey, Sarah Prue of Tenn, Mark, Tonia Wombolt of Westfield, VT and Belinda Jacques (Andy); his children, William Charles Stuart, Elei David Stuart and Heidi Edith Tolbert; and his brother William C Stuart of Conn. He was also cherished by his brothers and sister in-laws.
