It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merrill Joseph Carter (Bristol, Vermont), born in Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merrill LaFrance and Sylvia Ploof; his wife Judy; his children, Pojo, Kim, Glen Jewell, Tammy, Ray Germain and Jay Martin; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Melissa of Amanda, RJ, Jared, Jordon and Jasmime. He was also cherished by great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
