He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd C. Cook and Hazel Cook (Harlow) of Wareham, Mass.; his wife Ruth Cook (Kasper); and his sisters, Glenna Stanton and Beverly Ackerly.

He is survived by: his children, Lloyd Cook (Jill) and Nancy Owens (Mark); and his sister Charlotte Pellegrino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and extended family.

The family would prefer a donation to a local organization that supported Cookie instead of flowers.
