He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Eleanor Steitz Babcock. He is survived by: his father William F. Babcock, Jr.; his wife Ann Alghren Babcock of Bennington, Vt.; his brother William F. Babcock III (Maureen) of Covington, LA.; his nephews, Liam Babcock (Melissa) and Colin Babcock (Amanda); and his great-nephew Gilen.
