He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Thomas Mullins Sr.; his brothers, Tom and James; his aunt Minnie; his mother Elizabeth Mullins; his son Thomas Mullins of Hampton, VA; his stepchildren, Shawn Williams and Christine Williams of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Ariana Caudill "Boots" (Raised), Liam Dorty, Malaysia Williams and Harlyn Gongora; his stepbrother Lamont Colvin of Durham, N. C.; his sisters, Valinda Winborne, Michelle Mullins and Denise Mullins; and his stepsister Tameka Colvin of Panama City, FL. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
