He is survived by: his son Terry Tyrone Swinton; his mother Lona Swinton of Yorktown; his partner Ali Jerks; his siblings, Rena Swinton, James Swinton Jr. (Linda) and Michael Swinton; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Swinton, Derrick Swinton, Markeith Douglas, Lathaniel Parker III, James Swinton III, Cherrelle Parker and Jasmine Swinton. He is also survived by two great-nephews; two great-nieces; and host of other loving relatives and devoted friends.
