He is survived by: his wife Rose Chafin Nartowicz; his children, Marybeth (Jeremy) and Terry (Megan); his mother Delores Nartowicz; his grandson Jeremy Jr.; his siblings, Jan, James and Lynda; and his nephews, Andrew (Jennifer) and Christy (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
