It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Lynn Shelton of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Osborne and Betty Osborne of West Virginia; her brothers, Art and Terry; and her stepson Chuck Shelton.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Shelton; her children, Christopher Codekas (Tara) of Gloucester, Alexander Codekas (Lindsay) of Newport News and Nicole Codekas of Gloucester; her stepchildren, Carla Coates (Keith) of Gloucester and Wayne Shelton, Jr. of Gloucester; her siblings, Barbara Wolfe, Peggy Osborne, Sharon Osborne and Butch Osborne; and her grandchildren, Canaan (Holly), Cristin (Dwayne), Brandon, Samantha (Tyler), Levi and Piper. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
