She was predeceased by: her parents, E. D. Hook (Buck) and Doris M. Hook. She is survived by: her sister Sandra H. Leavitt; her nephews, Kevin Leavitt and Eric Leavitt (Lisa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Carabin (Calvin), Brodie Leavitt, Ashley Leavitt and Aimee Leavitt.
