She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wiley and Edna Wiley (Fraiser); and her brothers, Howard and Kenneth Wiley. She is survived by: her husband Michael M. Jacobsen; her daughters, Jennifer Jones (Andrew) of Norfolk, VA and Melissa Owens (Joseph) of Fort Irwin, California; her grandson Oliver Owens; and her sister Greta Brooks of Espyville, PA.
