He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusto Medina and Socorro Medina; and his siblings, Anita and Efren. He is survived by: his wife Josefina Argarin Medina; his children, Joseph Robert Medina (Vanessa 'Lila' Medina) and Jennifer Medina Perkins (Austin Perkins); his grandchildren, Maria Perkins, Alexia Perkins, Keaton Perkins, Isabella Medina and Henry Obet Medina; and his siblings, Feliciana, Francisca, Nenita, Remigio, Esnelia, Florinda and Adina.
