He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Maxwell and Lillian Weakley of Virginia; his brother James T. Weakley; and his children, Corinna Sue Brodie and Robert Gary Weakley.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Weakley of Yorktown; his children, Dee Riter (John) of Yorktown, Yvonne Beyer (Todd) of Clemmons, NC, Denise Brown (Bill) of Yorktown, Darcie Eggleston of Williamsburg and David Dinter (Ruth) of Colonial Park, PA; and his grandchildren, Heather Hunt, Lakin Leas, Joshua Riter, Melissa Holman, Timothy Beyer, Jake Brown, Emily Thomas, Alex Brown, Rebecca Dinter and Mason Eggleston. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
