With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Charles Truston Sr. of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Truston and Bella Truston. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Barbara Lytton (Keith), Neal Truston and Rob Truston (Raina Trainum); his siblings, Tom Truston (Vikki), Doug Truston (Pam) and Ruth Ridenhour (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ryan, Kent Hebert and Taylor Truston; his niece Christina Barnum (Nick); his great-nephew Mason; his great-niece Leah; his niece Jessica Ridenhour; his parents-in-law, Mel, Lei Collins, Kathy Collins, Tommy Collins (Patty Andrews), Sue and Tim Shekoski; the mother of his children Mary Ann Matthews; and also Zaydan. He is also survived by family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.
Everyone fortunate enough to work with Bob gained something useful, and Bob left this world better than he found it. When temperatures are up and Covid is down, we will celebrate Bob in a way he would want us to.
