She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Hudgins and Lillian Hudgins; her husband Charles Bowman of Delaware; and her brothers, Weldon Hudgins and George Hudgins.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Hay (Joseph), Patricia Resto, Regina Bowman, Charles Bowman, Ronald Bowman, Kevin Bowman, Marvin "Gene" Bowman, Rodney Bowman and Kenneth Bowman; her grandchildren, Michael Hudgins (Ambria), Marissa Resto and Carmen Hay; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Jeissa, Julianna, Kai and Kamilla; her sister Leola Gray; and her great-nieces, Azima Reid (Tyrus), Mary and Erin Reid. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there is a 10 person rotation limit in the building at a time.
