She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Yvonne Jowers of Gloucester, VA and Patricia Denise Hewitt of Yorktown, VA.; her grandchildren, William J. Jowers, Jr. (Nicole), Christine D. Starnes (Troy), Julie Y. Jowers (Antonio), David S. W. Latta (Megan) and Jenna D. Jowers (Joshua); and her great grandchildren, Ford, Darrell, Parker, Destiny, Aubree, Sophie, Zoe, Beckett and Rawlings. She is also survived by family members and friends.
