It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Parsell of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dick Parsell; and her mother Leta Fowler. She is survived by: her son Mark Parsell (Connie); her grandsons, Nicholas Parsell, Eric Parsell and James Turner; and her daughter Linda Fightmaster.
