He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clare Kelly and Edward Kelly; his uncle Hugh; his wife Joan Kelly (Shoares); his children, Lori (Tom), Ashley, Cheryl (Benjamin), Stephen, James (Kelli), Pamela (Jeffrey) and Jennifer (Shannon); his former wife Jean Kelly (Alverson); and his son Jeffrey Kelly. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren.
