He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Barton Barker and Dorothy Bristol Barker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Power King Barker; his sister Bonnie Hooper (Charles); and his brother-in-law John Granville King, Jr.. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece, three great nieces and one great nephew.
