She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wright Sr. and Marie Wright Christian; her husband James H. Wallace; her son Darnell; and her siblings, Aleine Perrin, Clarence, Robert and George Wright.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Pearlene of Newport News, Charlene Dunbar Wright of Maryland, Christetta Thompson (Charles) of Newport News, VA, Donald Perrin (Patrice) of Newport News, Clarence Perrin (Jackie) of Hampton, Kenneth Perrin Jr. (Bonita) of Newport News and Raymond Wright of Williamsburg; and her sister-in-law Shirley Wright of Williamsburg. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and caring friends.
