He is survived by: his children, Peggy Dillard (Maynard), Tracey Sumblin (Richard), Deborah Combs, Douglas Rainey (Melinda) and Charles Rainey (Wanda); his grandchildren, Candace Dillard, Dominique Rainey, Alexis Rainey and Morris Combs; his great grandchildren, Novella, Dalton and Kylee; his sisters, Susie Wright and Pearl Perrin; and his great-aunt Gladys Rainey. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and many friends.
