She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jimmy" Skinner; and her siblings, James T. Dail, Jr., Rufus K. Dail and Leona Russell. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Skinner and Brian Skinner (Candi); her grandchildren, Benjamin and Julia; and her sisters, Neola Adams of Centerville, Betty Phillips (Harvey Phillips) of Ashland and Peggy White of Newport News. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation in her honor be made to the Boys and Girls Club of the Virginia Peninsula.
