He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Daniel C. Pratt; his grandparents, Doc Jasper Pratt, Catherine Pratt, Lonnie Alley and Dorothy Alley; his children, Kameron Pratt, Bailey Pratt and Alison Pratt; his mother Anita Rothe (Steven) of Yorktown; his stepmother Shirley Pratt of Newport News; his sister Elizabeth Pratt Matthews (Chris) of Poquoson; his stepbrothers, Sean and Timothy Rothe; his nephews, Jake and Brody Matthews of Poquoson; and his aunts, Frances Alley and Robin.

Due to the Governor's guidelines, all attendees must wear facial coverings and adhere to social distancing.

“I had the pleasure of observing Aaron during the Hampton Police Division hiring process, and then later as a supervisor on the road. He was a reliable and compassionate Police Officer. We shared a similar interest in mountain bikes and racing bikes. He was always willing to work the worst assignments, so he could possibly compete in a weekend bike event. I'm ashamed, I failed to stay in contact with him after he left the PD. My most heartfelt condolences, Derrick Woolaston”
