He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Windle and Violet Bauserman Windle; his former wife Mary Ann Windle (Artz); and his sister Helen Mumaw (Windle). He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Windle; his daughters, Deborah Ritenour (Fred), Donna Huntsberger (John) and Bobbie Jean Webster (Karson); and his stepchildren, Gregory Andes (Linette) and Cindy Stauff (Kelly). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 step great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodstock Rescue Squad.
