With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Rayburn of Woodstock, Virginia, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Macie Rayburn; and his cousin Ebbie Linaburg (John) of Woodstock, VA. He was also cherished by other cousins and extended family.
Among his many accomplishments were utilizing innovative means to collect record-setting donations to the Navy Relief Society during his Naval service, passing the Georgia Bar Exam prior to obtaining a Law degree, and inspiring additional generations of his family to tell, and take joy in, life's stories.
