He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Stanley Rinker and Nora Lena Miller-Rinker; and his sister Evelyn Rinker Funkhouser. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Coffman-Rinker; his daughter Deborah Kay Rinker-Altizer (Robert H.) of Manns Choice, PA.; his siblings, Dorcas Specht of Jerome and Galen Rinker of Maryland; his granddaughters, Rachel Danielle Altizer-Taylor (Jesse) of Windsor, VA. and Carissa Liberty Altizer (Kevin Jenkins) of Maurertown, VA; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Katelynn and Corbin Taylor; and his pet Rusty.
