He is survived by: his children, Joseph Charles Stranger Jr. (Constance) and Helen Kaye Stranger; his grandchildren, Sarah Markel (Ryan), David Stranger, Lesley Stranger and Shannon Stranger; and his great grandchildren, D. J., Haylee and Harrison Stranger.
