Jeffery Tugwell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffery Tugwell of Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl Tugwell and Sonya June Smith; his grandmother Violet May Simms; and his stepson Harry Grant Nelson III. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepdaughters, Shannon Suits (Chris) of Inwood, WV and Melissa Nelson (Matt) of Woodstock; his children, Andrew Tugwell of Brownsville, PA and Sarah June; and his brothers, John Tugwell Jr. (Donna) of Columbia, MD and James Tugwell (Michelle) of Catonsville, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
