She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. Helsley and Rosie Cook Helsley; her husband Donald W. Hepner; and her siblings, Kirby Helsley, William Helsley, Joseph Helsley, Jr., Berlin Helsley, Gladys Sine and Jean Santmyers.
She is survived by: her children, Donna H. Jensen (Todd) of Woodstock, David W. Hepner and Karen of Appling, Georgia; her grandchildren, Heather Singleton (Rick), David Hepner, Jr., Matthew Jensen, Lee Hepner and Ben Hepner; her great grandchildren, Nathan Singleton, David II and Jonathan Hepner; her sisters, Patsy Ross and Mary Miller; and her great grandchildren, Victoria Ann, Nathan Richard Singleton, David Whitney III and Jonathan Allan Cole Hepner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice or her favorite charity, the American Cancer Society.
