He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alfred and Helen Carolyn Mabe Howlett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Quesinberry Howlett; his daughter Carolyn Honeycutt; his grandsons, William Richard Honeycutt and Lindsay Howlett Honeycutt; and his sisters-in-law, Jewel Howlett, Inda Mae Quesinberry and Mary Ellen Quesinberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
