He is survived by: his sons, Steven Joseph Blevins (Angel) and Christopher Douglas Blevins (Kayla McLain); his siblings, Elbert "Lee" Blevins, Jr., David Brian Blevins, Brenda Lou Knapp and Bonnie Jean Stiles (Terry); and his grandsons, Austin Wayne Blevins and Coleton James Blevins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
