He was predeceased by: his parents, Lino Rodriguez and Feliciana Rodriguez; and his siblings, Calixtro Rodriguez, Manuela Rodriguez Maldonado and Maria Antonia Rodriguez Vazquez.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Rodriguez; his children, Tomas Cuellar and Monica Rodriguez; his grandson Daniel Rodriguez; and his siblings, Guadalupe Rodriguez (Elizabeth), Casimiro Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, Maria Felix Rodriguez McCumber, Maria Victoria Rodriguez Urby (Heriberto, Jr.) and Maria Elena Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Disabled American Veterans Charity Organizaiton.
