He is survived by: his mother Carol Elsey; his children, Julia Rivera, Dustin Elsey, Britton Elsey, Hunter Elsey and Payton Elsey; his grandson Lincoln Rivera; and his siblings, Glenn Fletcher, Terry Rice, Laura Oertly and Traci Morton.
