He was predeceased by: his parents, William Puhl and Jane Puhl of Toledo Ohio; his wife Karen Searfoss Puhl; his son Wesley; and his brother Nicholas.
He is survived by: his son Timothy; and his siblings, Lisa, Michael, Douglas, Christopher, Anthony and Theresa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
