We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 68, David Lee Powell of Woodbridge, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Powell (Eleanor). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Powell (Debbie); his children, Daniel Powell (Amber) and Kelly Baldwin (Richard Cardozo); his father William F. Powell; his brother Douglas Powell (Erin); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Liam, Emma and Dallas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Virginia State Police Association (https://www.vspa.org) in his memory.
