She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Bruce Hylton; her son David Bryon Hylton; her parents, Elbert Day and Myrtle Day; and her siblings, Elbert Day, Jr., Charles Day, George Ernest Day, James Day, Johnny Day and Mary Ruth Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Hylton (Patricia) of Clintwood, VA, Barbara Olinger (Jimmy), Elizabeth Moore (Wayne) of Wise, VA and Charles Hylton (Teresa) of St. Leonard, Maryland; and her brother Douglas Fred Day. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church, 5300 Pole Bridge Rd. Wise, VA 24293.
