We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Victor Stallard of Wise, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Cook Stallard; his sister Jean Lively; and his grandchildren, Bethany Nowviskie, Kent Nowviskie, Lauren Keller, Evan Pols and Lorea Stallard. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
