She is survived by: her mother Mildred Ann Hill (Don) of Wise, VA; her sons, Michael Wallace (Laken) of Haysi, VA and Douglas Wallace (Kayla) of Haysi, VA; her stepchildren, Victoria Rasnick of Denver, CO, Taylor Rasnick of Stafford, VA, Alexis Rasnick of St Paul, VA and Edward Lawrence of Wise, VA; and her siblings, Don Hill Jr. (Amber) of Pound, VA and Jenny Petko (David) of Knoxville, TN.
In lieu of flowers, since Vickie had such a love for animals, the family asks that you donate to a local animal shelter instead.
