He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Clark and Albert Clark; his brother Gary Clark (Helen Clark); and his daughter Crystal Clark Cummings. He is survived by: his close friend Jordan Smith; his grandson Josh Cummings; and his siblings, Johnny Clark, Lee Clark (Michelle), Susie Roberts (Randy) and Rhenea. He is also survived by Niece and husband Steve; many nephews, a few great-nieces and nephews, several close friends.
