He was predeceased by: his parents, Milam Cecil and Anna Ruth Shupe Sizemore; and his brother Roger Sizemore. He is survived by: his wife Caroleen Thacker Sizemore; his sons, Shannon Sizemore (Elizabeth) and Jason Sizemore; and his siblings, Ted Sizemore, Tammie Sizemore Wade and Renau Hazlewood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
