He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Mullins of Pound and Elzie "Sock" Mullins; and his sister Betty Dotson of Abingdon, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Jackson of Pikeville; his son Mark Mullins; his daughter-in-law Tricia Mullins; his grandchildren, Siobhan Mullins and Liam Mullins of Atlanta; and his close friend Mary Mahan.
