He is survived by: his parents, Will and Stacy Elkins; his grandmother Kathy; his nieces, Barnette of Rogersville, Tenn and Lena Bates Parsons of Whitesburg; his siblings, Wolfgang, Annistin and Piper; and his aunts and uncles, Wise Va, Jenkins and Stacy.

In lieu of flowers family ask for gifts to be sent to the orphanage program at The Lighthouse church P.O. Box 2096 Wise, Va. 24293.
