She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop Gibson and Edna Gibson; and her sister Sue Roberson. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Short Sr.; her sons, Donnie Short Jr. (Kim) of Springfield, MO., Bobby Joe Short (Angela) of Wise, Stacy Short (Kellie) of Drift, KY and Andy Short (Jessica) of Sevierville, TN; her siblings, Peggy Elkins of Clintwood, VA and Bob Gibson of Portsmouth, VA.; and her grandchildren, Katie, McKenzie, Madison, Jaden and Hanner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and family friends.
