She is survived by: her children, Susan Spurlock Mays (Kevin) and Roy Thacker, Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Julie McCoy and Betty Baugus; her grandchildren, Chris Spurlock (Emily), Roy Thacker, III, Riley Ann Thacker, Andrew Mays, Haley Mays and Shealyn Mays; her great grandchild Wesley Spurlock; her sisters, Shirley Blair (Jess) and Susie West; and her pet Goldie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
