He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Hall Manicure; his son-in-law Brent Fleming; his grandson-in-law Trevor Smith; his parents, Sam Manicure and Jeanette Roberts Manicure; and his siblings, Eugene Manicure (Maggie), Alice Manicur, Lucy Dean (Olin), Mary Gollie (Frank) and Hazel Noonkester (J. B.).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Fleming of Wise, VA and Kim McFall of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith of Greenback, TN, Tyler McFall of Knoxville, TN and Gianna Fleming of Wise, VA; his pet Kobe; and his close friend Carolyn Archer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
