He was predeceased by: his father Jack Harvey Ellis Miller; and his brother Kenny Moscow Miller. He is survived by: his mother Mary Minton Miller of Wise, Virginia.; his daughters, Mamie Ann Thacker (Kenny Thacker), Jacquelyn "Michelle" Dean (Todd Dean), Ashley Nicole Miller and Amy Lee Kennedy; his grandsons, Dustin Allen Miller Fields, Austin Ryan Fields, Kenneth "Dalton" Thacker, Tyler William Smith, Cody Lee Smith and Henry Edward Kennedy; and his siblings, Linda Miller, Chuck Miller (Val) and David Miller (Donna). He is also survived by 6 nieces, 3 nephews, many cousins, customers and friends.
