He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Debbie; and his parents, William Stallard (Bill) and Lavina Stallard. He is survived by: his children, Herskel Stallard, Jr. (Joann), Michelle McPheron (David), Sonya Gilliam and Tabitha Absher; his son-in-law Daniel Short; his grandchildren, Danielle, Derek, Leah, Britton, Andrew, Allison, Devon and Abbigail; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Scarlett, Sylas, Taylor, Teagan, Talon, Sophie, Macy and Anna; and his siblings, Harold Stallard and Leota Barker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
