She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Absher and Stella I. Absher; and her siblings, Gary Absher, Wayne Absher, Lewis Absher, Mary Absher and Gladys Fogarty.
She is survived by: her husband Teddy Mays; her daughter Linda Mays; her stepdaughters, Tammy Dutton (Dennis) of Wise County, Tina Christian (Teddy) of Wise County and Glenda Mays of Wise County; and her sisters, Nancy Absher and Sharon Absher. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and her fur babies.
