She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Culbertson and Anna Lee Culbertson. She is survived by: her husband J. B. Atwood; her children, Fred Atwood (Christiansburg), Alan (Suzi), Susan Atwood (Kelly) and Denton of Bristol, VA; her grandchildren, Brianne Atwood, Keely Atwood Trent (Justin) and Garrett Denton; and her siblings, Sue Fischer (Jim) and George Culbertson (Nancy).
